SourceFlip is a business-to-business recruiting workflow product currently operated by Acuired L.L.C-FZ. It helps recruiting teams upload candidate resumes, extract and structure candidate information, define search criteria, source and enrich target companies, identify relevant business contacts, score company fit, prepare outreach, and manage recruiting workflow decisions with AI-assisted tools.
We process account details, organization and workspace data, billing and subscription information, uploaded resumes and files, extracted resume text, recruiter notes, public profile URLs, search criteria, sourced company and contact data, enriched records, generated messages, provider call metadata, usage analytics, security logs, and customer-configured integration data. We use hosting, database, storage, payment, email, security, AI, OCR, sourcing, enrichment, verification, analytics, monitoring, and workflow providers to deliver the service.
You must have all rights, notices, consents, permissions, lawful bases, and authority required to upload candidate data, use sourced company or contact data, configure integrations, and use SourceFlip outputs. You are responsible for human review, recruiting compliance, outreach compliance, provider terms, platform rules, opt-outs, suppression lists, data subject requests, recordkeeping, and all employment or business decisions made from SourceFlip workflows.
